Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at ua317766@gmail.com before sending the item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishables, and personal care products, are non-returnable.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable. After receiving and inspecting the item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
